I'm sure you've all had a lot of people asking about your new everyday accessory and we've given you a few months to proudly (yet humbly) brag about them being unavailable to the general public. Even though you will always hold a special place in our hearts, we can't keep this exclusive forever. It's time to share TheSpark™with the rest of the world.

A note from Tara, the kickass Kickstarter Project Manager:
Kickstarter orders are shipping!
Many backers have already received tracking and the remaining backers will be receiving tracking within the next 1-2 weeks.
To view tracking, log into your Backerkit account, then click "view confirmation." Note that toggles are delayed and if your order included toggles, you may not have received tracking yet.
Please email [email protected] if you have not received your tracking by 1/5/2023 or if you experience any transit issues after receiving tracking.
International customers: Please note that many of your packages will process through a sorting facility in the US before they are shipped overseas. We've currently experienced some delays through sorting facilities due to holiday demand.
A note from Dustin, one of the Co-founders:
We wanted to surprise you with a "Christmas Miracle"...
Even though many Pledges were not scheduled to be delivered until April 2023, we hired up a bunch of help right before the holidays and pushed to ship out all the Kickstarter Pledges before Christmas. Noelle (COO) and Tara (Office Manager/Head Kickstarter Manager) sacrificed time with family and worked long and late hours to overcome complicated unforeseen obstacles to see this goal through to the end. It was a crazy fun and challenging frenzy and I'm so proud of our core team and everyone who joined to help out.
We almost got all of them out(1,000s of shipments). All but about 200 pledges that had additional Ferro Rod Toggles in their pledge,
Our large shipment overloaded our small local post office so we bought(bribed?) all the post office workers coffee, croissants, and pastries and even volunteered to help them process the packages.
We were hoping that the Toggles would arrive in time, but apparently, the heightened holiday shipping held them up and they are still in transit at the time of writing this.
If they arrive in time, we have employees scheduled to come in before the end of the year to do a quick turnaround and still get them shipped by year's end. We don't give up easily.

The holidays are in full swing and our crew is working away like Santa's elves!
The final pieces of this puzzle have arrived so we're packing, prepping, and shipping as we speak!

This was originally planned as a stretch goal that we didn't quite get to but we're feeling thankful and wanted to throw this bonus in as a little thank you for helping bring the Spark Necklace to life.

Shipping Soon! - Please confirm your SHIPPING and EMAIL addresses

As mentioned in the previous update, the packaging should (hopefully) be arriving in the next few days - but we're not letting that slow us down! We're getting everything in place to get packages going out the door as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES:
1) MAILING ADDRESSES - A crucial piece of getting your reward delivered! You should have received an e-mail from Backerkit yesterday with a 48-hour notice to confirm your shipping address.
If you have NOT moved and your mailing address is still correct, no action is needed.
If you havemoved in the last few months, you only have about 24 hours to update that address - so do it now!
2) EMAIL ADDRESSES - A correct email address is an important piece of receiving shipping notifications, tracking details, or any other updates from this project so, please double-check your email address in Backerkit.
It has been brought to our attention that Apple IDs in particular are having email delivery issues due to the way their privacy settings affect displaying email addresses.
If you want to receive shipping/tracking info make sure your email address is correct in Backerkit
3) POTENTIALTRACKING DELAYS - We will likely be pre-printing shipping labels in the next few days to expedite fulfillment. This may trigger an automated email with your tracking info a few days prior to the order actually being shipped. Please keep this in mind if you're not immediately seeing active tracking for that number. We promise we'll send another update once orders are going out the door so you can start aggressively checking & re-refreshing that tracking link then :)
